1. General
By accessing and using the Mist Lounge website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Reservations
Reservations are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations at our discretion. A reservation constitutes an agreement to arrive at the specified time. Tables may be released if guests are more than 15 minutes late without notice.
3. Pool & Snooker Bookings
Bookings are confirmed upon submission and are non-transferable. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.
4. Online Orders
All orders placed through the website are subject to availability. Prices displayed are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
5. Private Events
Event bookings require a deposit and must be confirmed at least 7 days in advance. Cancellation policies apply. Damages to the venue or equipment during a private event will be charged to the event organiser.
6. Age Restriction
All guests must be 18 years of age or older to enter the premises. Valid identification may be requested upon entry.
7. Liability
Mist Lounge shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained on the premises unless caused by our negligence. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Mist Lounge and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
9. Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
